Make your offer clear.
Submit your price, included work, materials, timing, and warranty. Customers can compare their available quotes in the app.
REPLACEMENT PROJECTS

A reason to check in.
When you receive an invitation, review the project and choose whether to bid within six working hours. Choosing I Will Bid starts a 24-hour period to submit your complete quote.
If an invitation is passed on or its deadline expires, the opening can go to another eligible contractor. Check the deadline shown in the app.
REPAIR PROJECTS
Be ready when
the right repair appears.
Eligible repairs appear in Repairs in Your Area. The first three contractors to accept reserve a quoting slot, with six working hours to submit their quote.
The repair list refreshes while the screen is open. Customers can view and choose quotes as they arrive.
Make sure you can meet the deadline. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. The replacement quote period is 24 elapsed hours, including nights and weekends.
Clear commitments, from the start.
Your submitted quote is locked. Review the scope and all terms before submitting. If the customer selects your quote, review and accept the award to move to the next steps.
Contractor service terms belong in your signup agreement and award review. Read and accept those terms before proceeding. Project deposits are paid directly to your company under the written customer contract.
Starting close to home.
We’re preparing our initial launch in selected New York and New Jersey service areas. Public contractor registration will open with the app; this website isn’t accepting applications yet.
